2018 marks the 6th year for the Good People Good Beer Gala, a special evening benefiting the Endure Primary School in Yida Refugee Camp, South Sudan. We support 12 Sudanese teachers and nearly 1,000 children every day at the school. Many of the students there have lost or been seperated from their parents due to the war they fled in Sudan.
Your attendance at Good People Good Beer ensures that these teachers and children continue getting support in the months ahead. You can register for free and raise $200 or pay an entrance fee and skip fundraising.
The first registration deadline is Monday, April 30. Earlybird ticket sales end on this day. On May 1, the price jumps from $50 to $85 per ticket. If you're planning on skipping our fundraising challenge by paying to get in the door, you need to register right now.
Otherwise you'll be like screaming guy on May 1: wondering why you waited to the last minute and then forgot.
If you have never been to this incredible gala before, here's another short video you can watch to learn more about this year's evening:
Remember, the first registration deadline is April 30. It is prime time to register. Be awesome and register now!
The people of Sudan are overcoming two of the greatest challenges facing humanity today: war and genocide. Operation Broken Silence is working to accelerate their ability to generate lasting change through storytelling and movement-building, education and emergency relief, and grassroots advocacy programs.
