Live Update!

We've raised $7,173 out of our $5,000 goal! Keep the momentum going by GIVING HERE »

Tuesday, December 1 is hands down the best day of the year to make a donation. Why? Because all transaction fees for online giving are waived and we put 100% of your gift towards our lifesaving storytelling, education, advocacy, and relief programs!

After you send your awesome donation online, we want you to help us spread the word by inviting your friends to join you! Here's how you can do that in 2 easy steps:

1. Post this message on Facebook and Twitter:

It's #GivingTuesday and I just gave to @OBSilence! Join me: http://www.operationbrokensilence.org/blog/today-is-givingtuesday/

2. Email 5 of your friends and family this message:

Hi family and friends!

As many of you know, I am a big supporter of nonprofit organization Operation Broken Silence and love our mission. Since 2012, we've been working diligently towards bringing about a peace and just resolution to the crisis in Sudan. The people of Sudan are overcoming one of the greatest challenges facing humanity today. We're working to accelerate their ability to generate lasting change through storytelling, education, advocacy, and relief programs.

Today is the most important giving day of the year for our work! Until midnight tonight, when you give online to our lifesaving programs all transaction fees are being waived and 100% of your gift goes straight to our work. That's right, no matter how big or small your gift is, 100% of it goes directly to our programs!

I already made my gift today and I'm helping further by asking you to join me. Will you give generously to a better future for Sudan today? You can make your donation here: https://fundraise.operationbrokensilence.org/checkout/donation?eid=45381

I hope you can join me in giving on this special day! Talk to you soon.
